Rowen Concrete is a ready mix concrete producer.  We are located in Baltimore City and can service the greater Baltimore area. We opened for business in 2006 and have been delivering ready mix concrete to municipal, commercial and residential projects ever since.

Rowen’s primary focus is quality control.  Our in-house testing laboratory allows us to develop and to test mix designs, as well as monitor their performance on a continuous basis.  Customer service goes hand-in-hand with quality.  The team at Rowen takes great pride in delivering a superior product on time.  In the construction industry, time is money.  Our dispatch office works closely with customers to meet their needs and to keep the project on schedule.  

Rowen Concrete is a small business.  Given our size, the management team is involved with every aspect of customer service and quality control.  The team is available to consult with customers and to collaborate on issues involving ready mix on projects.  The key to our success is frequent & effective communication between us and the customer.
